Monday ~ April 6 ~ Mercury in Aries trine Jupiter in Leo; Sun conjunct Uranus in Aries

On Monday, Mercury in Aries will be at a gorgeous trine to Jupiter, while the Sun embraces Uranus. This will be a great day to move forward in fleshing out one of your most brilliant ideas. Sign a contract, make a vital decision, and trust your mind to know that expressing your true self is not an option ~ it is a "must."

Tuesday ~ April 7 ~ Mercury square Pluto

On Tuesday, Mercury squares off with Pluto, and it might be difficult to take what anyone says at face value. Trust in communication may be off, but if you use this day wisely you might be able to dig up information you previously were unaware of. This doesn't need to involve anyone else, by the way ~ it might be all about what is going on inside your own head!

Wednesday ~ April 8 ~ Mercury conjunct Uranus; Jupiter Direct

On Wednesday, Mercury in Aries will conjunct Uranus, and Jupiter turns direct in Leo. Sudden strokes of genius ideas will leave you feeling as if you can accomplish anything. With the right amount of temperance, you can!

Friday ~ April 10 ~ Mercury conjunct Sun

Mercury will be conjunct the Sun on Friday, once again emphasizing how important it is for you to think on a wavelength that supports the expression of your most vital self.

Saturday ~ April 11 ~ Venus in Gemini

On Saturday, Venus enters Gemini, and romantic matters begin to focus more on what is inside your head rather than your heart. You will crave intellectual stimulation from a partner, and if your mate cannot keep you on your toes mentally, you might lose interest altogether!

Sunday ~ April 12 ~ Mars in Taurus sextile Neptune in Pisces

Kiss Retrograde Goodbye! Planet Mercury Has Gone Direct . . . . Phew!

Mercury Direct!

If you've spent the last three weeks or so feeling mentally scrambled, misunderstood or just plain indecisive, relief is here.  That's because Mercury, the planet that rules the mind, turned direct on July 1, after having gone through another one of its retrograde phases.

And now that it's time to start moving forward again, remember you can get clear answers to help you get going in the right direction with an in-depth Archangel Power Tarot Card reading!


So, what does it mean when Mercury goes direct?

When Mercury is not operating smoothly there can be plenty of mishaps related to anything ruled by Mercury ~ whether its transportation, commerce or communication. Now that Mercury has stationed direct, it will need a few days to regulate its orbit and then you will be good to go. Any delay, frustration or confusion surrounding Mercury-ruled matters will soon find resolution.

A planet changing motion is a potent phenomenon. Remember, Mercury has been out of its usual forward orbit for three weeks, so turning direct again will not be as easy as declaring "On your mark, get set, go!" and watching Mercury zoom out. Ahhh, if only it were that simple.

What really happens when a planet moves from retrograde to direct motion is more akin to waking up from a deep slumber. Mercury will need time to drink some cosmic coffee and fully regain consciousness.


Full Speed Ahead

It won't be until Mercury reaches the degree where it originally turned retrograde and then passes it that you will know Mercury truly has its full strength back. That tends to take a couple of weeks. But don't stress ~ this time frame is nothing at all like the Mercury Retrograde cycle.

In fact, now you will be ready to apply whatever it is you have learned during the retrograde period into your current reality. It only takes a few days of Mercury being back on track for you to notice the difference. From here on out the planet will get stronger every day!

What's interesting is that while Mercury will need time to regulate its orbit, the very day of its stationing direct can be a potent time. It's like Mercury will be jolted awake for a short time (kind of like Mom yelling at you to wake up so you won't be late for school!). During this day or even the next, it's likely you will experience incredible clarity about whatever issues you have been grappling with during Mercury Retrograde.

Be patient, though . . . .  it will take just a little more time before you're ready to execute your newfound lucidity with success.

In the meantime, now that Mercury is direct, over the next few days you are free to sign contracts, schedule vital meetings, have a significant conversation and make important decisions or purchases. Remain confident as you push ahead with anything that requires cerebral muscle.

Mercury finally has its mojo back!

There's serious malefic energy at work when it comes to communication this week.  Adding to the tension will be an emotionally-charged Full Moon Lunar Eclipse in the relationship sign of Libra, right in the midst of the communication drama.

Fortunately, we'll enjoy a slight reprieve by later in the week, as the benefic planets (Venus and Jupiter) play nice. By Sunday, however, big changes loom ahead. Are you ready? The best advice for early this week will be to keep your mouth shut. Listen to conversations around you, but don't respond. You'll be glad you exercised this incredible control if you listen, but be warned: It will be quite difficult to listen.

The interesting twist, however, is that as much as you may resist letting go of this alliance, you will begin to thrive once you make peace with what's happening.

Thursday, April 17 and Friday, April 18 ~ Venus in Pisces trine Jupiter in Cancer and Venus in Pisces sextile Pluto in Capricorn
