Dealing With Intense Energies & How to Soothe Your Spirit

The energies have been super intense these past couple of weeks, which has really thrown me off kilter.  If you are experiencing this as well, you may have encountered some irritable people. Use your spiritual knowledge to lift yourself away from and above harsh energy, and to bring healing in its place. Don't let yourself get dragged down by negativity! Pray, meditate, walk away, energetically shield yourself, do yoga, go outside in nature, and take other positive steps.

With everything being thrown our way, including solar flares, Mercury Retrograde, Total Eclipse of a Blood Moon, seasonal weather changes, it can get somewhat overwhelming . . . yikes!  As an Angel Intuitive and an Empath / HSP, I will admit that all these things are taking a toll on my soul.  I truly just want to hibernate and sleep . . . and forage for comfort food in the kitchen.  :(   Sooooo, essential oils to the rescue.

Mercury Retrograde for October 2014

Ready or not . . . . brace yourself for the last Mercury Retrograde cycle of 2014. This time around Mercury will backpedal through two signs, offering us an opportunity to re-evaluate more than one area of our lives. He will start his retrograde at 2 degrees of Scorpio on October 4th. On October 10th, Mercury re-enters Libra and remain there until turning direct on October 25th at 17 degrees.

If used effectively, this cycle can lead to revised thought processes that ultimately empower you. Still, with Mercury out of phase, it is possible that you'll experience the usual frustrations connected to the trickster planet moving backwards. These include miscommunication, misunderstanding, delays in travel, and all sorts of hiccups with electronic devices, appliances or cars.

With the rapid pace of modern life, stress is a given. Unless you have reached nirvana and left the cares of the world behind, you're bound to get tense from time to time. Some things are Universal stressors: ill health, financial problems, and traffic jams when you are already late. However, what bothers one person is quite different from what gets to another.  Figure out what stresses you out the most, and then find ways to work around it.  You stress level will be the better for it.
